Our Arugula Mix combines Esmee and Astro arugula which balance each other perfectly. This spicy and savory leafy blend adds a blast of flavor to any dish. We recommend it as a pizza topping, or try making a Spanish-style salad with arugula, green apple slices, Manchego cheese, and a balsamic vinaigrette.
