Our tender and beautiful heirloom Red Russian Kale is a crowd-pleaser! This Kale plant has large frilly leaves that run from green to purple in color. The flavor is mild and sweet - perfect for adding to soups, sautéing as a side dish, or massaging with olive oil for a decadent kale salad.

Did you know that Kale is a great source of vitamins A, C, and K? It contains twice the amount of vitamin C as an equivalent portion of orange juice, and more calcium than milk!
